So i was thinking today and instead of having a jumble of toons coming to raids we should organize into some groups. Ive made small incomplete lists and its just a suggestion so I'm all ears but this is just get us going on the right direction because we for sure have the talent in the guild to make it past omni! here are my groups that are somewhat based off of who has ran together and what the available raid times are.
Raid Group A: Chaice (dps) Chook (dps) Indi (dps) Sniper (dps) Blazemoore (dps) Khazooie (tank) Darky (DK) (tank) Santa (Heals) Dal (heals)
Raid Group B: Dragon (dps) McCregan (dps) Roycroft (dps) Vardatha (dps) Santa (Rouge/Warrior) (dps) Madric (tank) Soggy (tank) Dark (pally) (heals) Smurf (heals) Korania (heals)
Raid times would have to be decided on by the groups but this splits the guild up and according to WoW-Heroes everyone is raid ready and i have ran with most of you and you held your own so these groups i feel would allow us to progress further into cata and get some epic lewts!!! let me know how you feel about this and I'm open to all suggestions!!!

the setup looks good to me the only thing is that group A seems to be short one healer and that healer would need to be tank heals other than that everything looks pretty balanced

Well--here's where I stand. I have a kinda hectic schedule during the week--and work half of my weekends. So I can't promise myself to any raid group consistently unless I change around a few things.
Also, I have two raid-ready healers (with viable ranged dps offsets) who I'm willing to use in either group, or neither--it's not a big deal either way. That, and I'll probably have my holy pally geared for raids in the next week or so.
I like the idea of raid groups for sure--but my major problem with it is that I know I'm not the only person in the guild who has some times that they can't raid consistently.
And I'm all game for getting more people raiding--hell, I'll start raid leading if it means we can get two groups going at once.

This looks good other than the fact that I don't see Letine (brian) in any of them. I know his schedule is scattered but he should be put in both groups ( upon availability)? Hope that makes sense. I am available most anytime but prefer to do it after 9 or so in the evenings.
I agree with Chaice and with Smurffy being that some of our ready raiders can't raid consistently and we will just have to work around when they can. Meaning if we have too many people rotation of some sitting out would be an option so we can make sure everyone gets the experience to do.......yes I will say it 25 MANS! lol. But great job putting that together! Thank you!!!

I will be happy to help out as I can. However, I do need to make a few things clear: 1. My internet blows sweaty monkey balls. Some days, it's even worse than that. When I notice it as such, I feel it's in the group's best interest to be minus my presence. I hate DCing often, and doing so at a critical moment in a fight is something I won't wish on you all. 2. I do like to spend time away from my computer, and as we move more quickly into spring, my time outdoors will likely be increasing. I really do enjoy playing WoW, but not as much as I like hiking and such with my closest friends . 3. Sanity is optional. While it doesn't really have any bearing on the matter, 4. I will help out as much as I can, but only when my internet allows me to be a worthy and valuable member of the raid. I haven't even been doing 'roics Regardless of whether I'm with you or not, have lots and lots of fun! It's why we play!
