As per officer meeting:
Recruiting
* Only officers have the ability to recruit. If non-officers want someone recruited into the guild please give an officer the name and the officer will speak with them. People will be recruited based on officer's judgement on the best personalitly fit with the guild.
* Officers have the authority to remove people from the guild if they deem it necessary.
Guild Bank
* Donations of gold and items for all tabs are accepted but not required.
* Gold may be borrowed from the bank if needed as long as we have enough funds but must be paid back within a week.
* Officers have full access to bank tabs and gold. If something is needed please ask.
Non Geared/ Non 80
* Officers will assist with reasonable (ie can refuse 10 run throughs of hogger) requests for help IF they are availble.
* Please ask for help, don't tell and don't whine. This is grounds for guild removal.
* Class, gear and spec coaching will be offered on request. Officers can direct people to the appropriate player.
Raiding
Loot
* One epic. one tier.
* Main spec before off
* If nobody needs for main can roll for off or second
main.
Prereq's
* DPS needs to sustain +1600 dps on pratice dummy
for 5 minutes.
* Healers must have 1500+ heals.
* Tanking to be determined by Seilo and Deadsanta.
Raids
* Guildies get raid spots first.
* Pugs will not be kicked if during a raid a guildie
wishes to go.
* If you are late, your spot may be given away.
* Excessive afk times are grounds for raid removal. (5
minutes or more).
* Pending discussion, all raid sign ups via forums.
Isalia will not be accepting in game messages
from people to lazy to go to forums.
