I am hoping everyone reading this is having a great day so far. To begin with, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Alinna (well, my characters name at any rate). I am the raid leader for LOST SLEEP.
By now I think many of your members have discussed the idea of running a sort of guild co-op in regards to Naxx and other raid instances. Needless to say a lot of my guild members are very interested in doing so as well. But to give you a little information and background on us:
We are like Sanctum in that we are also a small, casual guild made up mostly of friends who all happen to work together, as well as others who through other ways and travels found their way into our little family. In the past we successfully managed to slap Karazhan around on a consistent basis, but due to lack of numbers, never managed to get further than that. We never cared about gear for gear's sake, and really just liked having fun doing and trying new things...even if all we did was wipe constantly at it.
Right now though, we have the numbers for running 10 man raids, we just don't have the right classes. Predominantly most of our current 80's are all DPS classes, with 1 full on Healadin (Legifer) and a Death Knight tank in the making (Nutcutter). the rest of us are good at just laying waste to whatever happens to be standing in the way of our end goal.
Currently, from what I am gathering from Seilo and Isalia, the only thing preventing our teaming up immediately, at least in my mind, would be scheduling. It has been proposed that runs would be scheduled Saturday's around 7pm server. I am not sure how good this would be for our guild member as most of us have family or work commitments until later in the evening on Saturdays (plus being an hour behind server time doesn't help either), but that would not preclude us from helping Sanctum Solare in other ways...say if you need help in a heroic run or a 10 man run at any given time. We are like Sanctum in that we help those around us who need help, regardless of whether they are in our guild or not.
Hopefully though we can work something out where we can help each other with raiding goals and desires, but at the very least we are hoping over here that a good alliance and guild friendship will emerge regardless of what happens.
